A: We don’t offer customizations at this time, but we rotate a variety of meals each week including lighter options, salads, and protein bowls.
A: Scan the QR code on your meal label or click here for full reheating instructions based on your method (microwave, skillet, or oven).
A: Meals are best enjoyed within 4–5 days when refrigerated properly. Many can also be frozen for longer storage.
