A: Orders close Friday at 5:00 PM for the upcoming prep cycle. This allows us to shop, prep, and cook everything fresh and from scratch

However, our menus rotate weekly and always include a mix of comfort classics, lighter options, salads, and protein-forward meals.
A: Reheating instructions are included via QR code on each meal label and tailored to the dish (microwave, skillet, or oven).
A: Meals are best enjoyed within 4–5 days when refrigerated properly. Many can also be frozen for longer storage.
