What started in 2022 as cooking for family and friends has grown into something built on a simple belief: food should be real, thoughtful, and made with intention.
David isn’t classically trained, but he’s deeply committed to learning, refining technique, and understanding what makes food truly work. His approach centers on scratch cooking, proper technique, and fresh ingredients—no shortcuts, no fillers.
Just real food, built layer by layer, made to taste great and fit into everyday life.

What started in 2022 as cooking for family and friends has grown into a thoughtfully run kitchen built around balance, flavor, and intention. We create chef-driven food designed to support busy days, personal goals, and still feel satisfying and familiar.
Alongside that, we offer catering for gatherings that matter, whether it’s office lunches or celebrations that bring people together around the table. Our Bread Program carries that same commitment small-batch, artisan breads crafted with discipline and care.
It’s the same way we approach everything we make: real ingredients, thoughtful portions, and bold, honest flavor.

HayMa’s is run by husband-and-wife team David and Amanda Hayes. David leads the kitchen and flavor, while Amanda keeps everything moving behind the scenes helping ensure every order and experience runs smoothly.
